Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Emberoll app ("the app"), developed by GET THE APP LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them, together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which governs your license to use the app. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.

1. What the app does

Emberoll helps you review your photo library and delete items you choose, such as duplicates, similar shots, screenshots, large videos and blurry photos. Suggestions such as "Best" or "blurry" are produced automatically on your device and may not always match your judgment. You decide what to delete.

2. Deleting photos

• The app deletes items only after you confirm in the iOS dialog.
• Deleted items move to the Recently Deleted album and can be restored for 30 days. After that, iOS removes them permanently.
• You are responsible for keeping backups of photos and videos you want to keep. We are not liable for items you delete with the app.

3. Free version and Emberoll Pro

The app is free to download. The free version includes a daily number of deletions, plus one extra deletion per day of your cleanup streak, up to a maximum. Some categories are available only with Emberoll Pro or after a streak milestone. Emberoll Pro removes the daily limit and unlocks every category.

Emberoll Pro is offered as:

• Yearly subscription, which may include a free trial or a discounted first year;
• Monthly subscription;
• Lifetime purchase, a one-time payment.

Current prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

4. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Family Sharing

Where Family Sharing is enabled for a purchase (yearly and lifetime), members of your Apple family group can use Emberoll Pro under Apple's Family Sharing terms.

6. Acceptable use

Use the app only in line with applicable law and the Standard EULA. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept them.
